Urgent Care: Save my Spot | Cincinnati Children's

To make scheduling more convenient for patients and families, Cincinnati Children’s recently launched a new online system called “Save My Spot.”

“In this busy age, we know families have a lot going on and don’t like to wait,” said Karen Tucker, RN, assistant vice president of Patient Services at Cincinnati Children’s. “This service allows families to reserve an arrival time from your home or anywhere else that’s most comfortable for you and your child.”

“Save My Spot” is available at all five Cincinnati Children’s Urgent Care locations: Anderson, Green Township, Mason, Liberty Campus and Burnet Campus.

“Save My Spot” is accessible on a desktop, laptop and mobile phone browsers by going to:

You can also find “Save My Spot” by downloading the “Cincinnati Children’s Caren” app from the App Store or Google Play. After opening the app, click on resources.

Sarah Caito of Green Township is a mom of three and has used the Caren app to access “Save My Spot” several times. Just recently, she brought her daughter to the Burnet Campus after she suffered a fall at the zoo and hurt her arm.

“I looked at the app and saw there was an appointment available at the Burnet location. By the time we left the Zoo and got to the hospital, we only had a five minute wait,” she said. “It’s been excellent for us.”

Please note this is for Urgent Care locations only. In an emergency, call 911 or go to an emergency room right away. See our guide: Urgent Care or Emergency Care?
